A local-only voice runtime that gives Claude Code, Codex and any MCP client a shared microphone and speaker. Speech runs on the Mac through whisper.cpp and Kokoro, and the runtime refuses to start unless every speech endpoint is local. A persistent audio daemon with small reconnectable MCP adapters: turns from several agents queue in order, and cancel drains the queue cleanly.
